If you’ve opted for furniture moving at the time of booking, we’ll carefully handle it. However, we kindly ask you to remove any fragile or delicate items beforehand. For safety reasons, we are unable to move heavy or bulky items such as bookcases, fish tanks, display cabinets, and entertainment units.

This step is crucial! A high-quality clean starts with removing dry soil before applying any cleaning agents. Our powerful commercial-grade vacuum, equipped with hospital-grade HEPA filtration, extracts more dirt and allergens than standard household vacuums. Even if you’ve just vacuumed, we always perform a professional pre-vacuum to ensure the best results.

Once cleaning is complete, we return your furniture to its original position. To prevent damage, we place protective foam blocks or plastic tabs under wooden and metal legs, ensuring your carpet and furniture remain in top condition.
